Dude, I just read a post that said they also tried to trademark the word "SAGA" when referring to games... I don't know them personally, but that is real lame if that is true.
Should you want revenge of sorts and have time to spare; people have organized a Candy Jam, where people make games about candy! :)
I have a game with Candy as a theme in the works. I'll see about getting it to completion for the jam!

Oh, it got attention,trust e haha. It got front paged on Frobes, GameInformer, Gamespot, and a couple hundred other sites - I got over 700k visitors to my site in 24 hours, which crashed it for the day.

Most phone games are at their core complete rip-offs of the cookie cutter bullshit that nobody likes on here, and nobody HAS liked on here for a long time.
Just a shame one of the developers had the balls to think they were hot shit because a bunch of people were amused on the toilet.
